Usage scenario (indoor/outdoor, climate), functional configuration (water and electricity routing, insulation level, number/material of doors and windows), delivery cycle requirements, whether design approval is required, purchase volume (differentiating between regular/large-volume orders), and division of installation responsibilities (clarifying that the client is responsible for installation)
Initial Communication and Confirmation
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, providing a complete service process, approximate price range, and stating that "no on-site survey or on-site installation service is provided; customer factory visits are supported." Screen potential clients and establish an electronic communication file (recording key requirements and communication milestones).

Client Factory Visit Arrangement
Coordinate factory visit times according to client needs, assigning a dedicated person to accompany the client on a tour of the factory production line (container processing area, material storage area, finished product display area), showcasing production processes, quality inspection standards, and past cases, and answering client questions about production capacity.
Customized Solution Output
Based on client needs and factory visit feedback, provide floor plans, 3D renderings, a detailed materials list (container specifications, insulation material, door and window models, hardware accessories, etc.), and simultaneously provide a standardized installation guide framework (including installation procedures, tool list, and safety precautions).
Quotation Preparation and Calculation
Accurately calculate material costs, processing fees, transportation costs, and management fees (excluding on-site installation fees), generate a detailed quotation, and specify the payment method (deposit + final payment), warranty period, and factory inspection service details (no additional charges).
Solution Communication and Optimization
Discuss solution details with the client one-to-one, focusing on confirming installation responsibility, and adjusting the design, material selection, or quotation structure based on feedback until the client provides written confirmation of the solution.
Contract Signing Stage

Contract Signing Stage (1-2 Working Days)

Contract Drafting
Clarify the rights and obligations of both parties. Core clauses include: confirmed project details, delivery standards (factory-finished product delivery), total project duration, payment schedule (30%-50% deposit, 50%-70% final payment), after-sales guarantee, customer factory inspection confirmation results, division of installation responsibility (customer is responsible for on-site installation), and relevant disclaimers.
Clause Communication and Confirmation
Explain each contract clause to the customer, emphasizing the reasons for not providing on-site installation services and providing installation guidance and support. Answer questions regarding project delays, quality issues, refund policies, etc., and revise and supplement clauses based on the negotiation results.
Contract Signing and Effectiveness
After the customer pays the deposit, sign a paper/electronic contract and simultaneously send a scanned copy of the contract to the customer. Initiate production preparation work (raw material procurement plan, production line scheduling).
Production and Processing Stage

Production and Processing Stage (7-15 working days, adjusted according to order size)

Raw Material Procurement
Procurement of core materials such as containers, steel, insulation materials (rock wool/polyurethane), doors and windows, and water and electricity pipelines that meet national standards, providing material qualification certificates.
Standardized Factory Processing

1. Container Pre-treatment: Rust removal, grinding, and anti-corrosion painting;

2. Structural Modification: Cutting, welding, and reinforcement (adjusted according to the apartment layout);

3. Internal Installation: Laying insulation layer, pre-burying water and electricity pipelines, installing doors and windows, and laying flooring;

4. Exterior Treatment: Touch-up painting and labeling (customer-specified logo or number).

Phased Quality Inspection

1. Structural Inspection: Checking welding strength and structural stability;

2. Functional Inspection: Testing door and window sealing and water and electricity pipeline unobstructed flow;

3. Appearance Inspection: Checking paint surface smoothness and absence of damage or deformation.

Progress Synchronization Feedback
Send production progress photos/short videos to customers every 3 working days to inform them of the current processing stage and promptly address customer inquiries about the production process.
Transportation and Delivery Phase

Transportation and Delivery Phase (3-7 working days)

Transportation Plan Development
Based on the delivery address, select the appropriate transportation method (road truck/ship + land transport connection). Use professional securing devices (steel wire ropes, anti-slip mats) to secure the container to prevent damage during transportation. Inform the customer in advance of the transportation time, arrival time, and receiving precautions.
Customer Site Preparation
Provide the customer with a "Receiving and Installation Preparation Checklist" 3 business days in advance, clarifying site leveling requirements, ground bearing capacity standards, hoisting operation space reservation, temporary storage suggestions, etc.
Arrival and Acceptance
After the container arrives at the customer's designated location, the customer will inspect the exterior, structural integrity, and completeness of accessories against the contract delivery standards, and sign the "Arrival and Acceptance Form" (stating the acceptance results and any objections). If there is any transportation damage, take photos as evidence on-site and provide feedback simultaneously, and we will coordinate the handling.
Final Payment and Document Delivery Stage

Final Payment and Document Delivery Stage (1 Working Day)

Final Payment
After the customer confirms receipt and acceptance of the goods, the remaining balance will be paid according to the agreed method.
Complete Document Delivery
The customer will be provided with the product certificate of conformity, quality inspection report, instruction manual (including daily maintenance points), detailed installation guide (including step-by-step illustrations and video tutorial links), maintenance manual, bill of materials, and supplier contact information.
Formal Delivery Confirmation
A "Delivery Confirmation Letter" will be signed, clearly defining the after-sales contact person, repair procedure, and warranty scope (structural warranty 5-10 years, parts warranty 1-2 years, free repair for non-human-caused damage; installation-related issues are not covered by the warranty).
After-sales Guarantee Phase

After-sales Guarantee Phase (Within the Warranty Period)

Regular Follow-ups
Follow-ups will be conducted by phone/WeChat at 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year after delivery to understand the usage of the house and the compatibility of the installation, and to record any issues raised by the customer.
Fast Repair Service
Upon receiving a customer's repair request, a response will be provided within 24 hours, and a repair solution will be provided within 48 hours. Parts will be mailed free of charge for non-human-caused damage within the warranty period. On-site repair services are available for a fee (separate pricing).
Value-Added Service Support
Value-added services such as installation technical consultation (telephone/video guidance), post-construction renovation consultation (layout adjustment, function upgrade), and parts replacement will be provided, with costs charged accordingly.
